Hi. I'm thinking of dong one form for parents to sign giving permission for various things. Have any of you done this and what are Ofsteds thoughts on it? I would include tick boxes listing the following: Activities, Place we go/outings, travel options, applying creams & lotions, sleeping areas and photos/ videoed, administering prescribed medicines. Is there anything else I should be getting permission for?

I have joked with my parents that i am getting them to sign a permission form saying,

I give my childminder permission to do exactly as she pleases with my child in any circumstances.

The funny thing is they all said they would sign it
