View Full Version : How much for evening meal?

I don't charge my full timer for meals and my other 2 mindees are only here for lunch. I've now had an enquiry for LO after pre-school 1.30-6pm and I think I would be out of pocket if I didn't charge for her evening meal. What do you think would be a reasonable amount? The other option is to charge a set daily rate that would include meals?

hi i charge £1.50 per evening meal hopw that helps my parents have never questioned the price and if they dont like it they just opt out

I charge £2.50 for lunch/dinner/tea and that is mains plus pudding.

I worked it on the basis that I only had one child and how much would it cost me?

I charge £1.50 for under 5's and £2.00 for after schoolies - boy can they eat!!

i charge £1.50 for dinner and lunch (if child is only here 3 hours or less) no fee for snacks

I do £1.50 for eveining meal and nothing for afternoon snack... It was inline with the school dinners but thats gone upto £2 at the school and Im considering matching!


(I dont really want to start doing dinners really but I will if Im asked)

i will charge £2.00 (from 1st march) to include snacks before tea, drinks and that's a hot meal plus fruit and yog/biscuit.
