Do i give CRB forms to MR/MRS O ??
or do i send them in with my ofsted registration forms ????

keep your forms for your pre- reg visit. mrs O will counter sign them and send them for you.

oh so i send my ofsted registration and early years form off and keep the others

Yes, Send everything else, Give health declaration to doctor and keep your crb forms. Ive just recieve my crb forms as i had to send my ofsted forms off and once they recieved those they then sent the crb forms out to me, Not sure why thats happened though. I will then give crb to mrs/mr o when they visit!

Ofsted lady needs to write passport numbers, etc. on CRB form. She took mine away with her to send off.

If you look on the crb website it gives you a list of the things they will accept instead of a passport. I would do it before Mrs O comes or it may cause you delays
