Hey Ladies - just wanted to share - I had my first inspection in December - I had to wait 2 long months to get my report through - I got straight 5's in all areas - no recommendations, no requirements! I am delighted!
This job is a lot of hard work - even more than other people realise - get fed up when people say childminding is an 'easy job'! If only they knew what hoops we have to jump through now to please the care commission!
But when you get good fed back from an inspection - it makes it all seem more worth it!!:clapping:
