I'd get out my treasure basket and some things for baby to explore on the floor like pop up toys... maybe the instruments box as well.

I have just had a variation agreed for a 7 mth old:eek: who starts settling in at the end of next week. Just had to send dh off to our lock up to collect some baby toys as I have nothing here. Can't even remember what I have until he brings it all back:rolleyes:

I have some small filled plastic bottles with different things in - rice, pasta, ribbons, tissue paper, coloured water and glitter, money, shells etc - glue the lids on well!! Good for exploring

I have stacking cups, wooden jigsaw trays, a few rattles and rollaround balls out most of the time. Anything noisy is a favourite for my crawling nine month old at the mo.
