Have you got the "Safer Food better business" pack - that gives you lots of info.

If you haven't got it I think you can download it from the website.

Otherwise I'd just be cleaning like mad! (and panicking)

Make sure you have a thermometre in your fridge and say that you check it regularly

Hi had mine this morning...i am under wokingham so different areas may differ.
I got excellent standards:)
LOTS OF COMMON SENSE QUESTIONS

1, only use disinfectant and dettol spray and floor cleaner .....no bleach

2, she will ask about washing hands and when you do it.....she will ask to wash hands so have anti bac soap and nailbrush and fresh towel ready

3,cloths ....i use blue and white and change each day ....tea towels/ towels every other day

4,cooking ....where you shop, how do you know when something is cooked etc any leftovers what would you do with??
5, will check cupboards and fridge seals etc and cleanliness

6, chopping boards should be colour coded red meat, white and one for veg etc

I queried fridge thermometers and she said they are not a legal requirement neither is recording fridge temps.( although for own piece of mind i will)

I also asked if I needed to go on a course she said because I had proved to her I new about food hygeine then NO,but she said she would reccomend it.

So don't panic as mine was lovely cx
