hello everyone
so glad I stood my ground after mum today dropped off money owed for two weeks, I counted it and couldnt understand why it 20 odd short, so I queried it and mum said oh I thought it was half for children being sick, so i said no its full, it always has been and its on your contract. So she didnt have a leg to stand on. I normally hate asking for things and normally a softie too so i am quite proud of myself!

Well done, it was only right and I bet she felt bad for getting it wrong and a bit embarrassed if she was trying it on!

Good for you!

I'm the same when it comes to the money, but it feels good to stand up for yourself and I think each time we do it it gives us the confidence and makes us stronger for the next problem that arises. Well done :clapping:

Well done! My parent pays by Accor vouchers and it was under by £1.80, said she could give it to me as cash (usualy done bank tranz), still not received it, but I'll just add it to her March bill :D

Well done. I hate the money side but agree if their paycheck was short they would complain.I gave a mindee £2 to take on a trip so I am going to add it to Februarys invoice.
