I have a mum coming to sign contracts for me to have her little boy (in DS's class at nursery) 4 mornings a week and him and his sister during the hols.

Well done, it gives me hope, I have only 1 after school and have been reg since april 09, been thinking of giving up soon if I don't fill my spaces! have already spent loads on setting up and don't want to waste more money on insurance etc which is up for renewal in April! :)
