Term time only fees

Had a phone call this afternoon about minding a 11 month old 3days maybe 5 days 8am-4-5pm term time only.
Now what I am going to ask is do I charge mum a retainer fee for school holidays or what.
Mum is coming round on monday afternoon, if mum wants me to mind her child it will be from June.
So any advice will be greatfull.

Up to you really.

If i do term time only contracts then i charge a 50% retainer fee during hols, but then of course you have to be available to have child if needed.
