sef how often and how???

hi all had inspection last july and had already completed sef form the paper one but now thinking id like to update yes im mad lol but how do i update?? how do you do electronically? is it easier? or do i do new one on paper? sorry for all questions how often do you update? :)

electronically is easier as whatyou have written is already saved

Like Becca says it's easier to put it onto the internet... but first do it on your computer, run spell checks, back it up and then upload.

That way if anything goes wrong with the Ofsted system or you press the wrong button, your work is safe.

You should be thinking about updating it every year at the least.

thanks do i need a code to do online where do i get it from ofsted website?

Yeap, I just called Ofsted to let them know I would like to do the SEF online and they send you a Security Token number (only needed once to activate) and then you need your Ofsted Gateway User Id and your password.

I downloaded the SEF Word template from the Ofsted website and completed it there and once I was happy with the infomation, I copy and pasted on the the website and submitted it.
