just heard a new minder setting up (which is good there are not enough) anyway she had NO CHECKS done yet going to a briefing last night the development worker told her she can have kids from March the 1st :rolleyes:
i thought (i no) you cannot start minding without everything in place dont understand why the development worker would say this

maybe she meant everything should be back by then ready to start by the 1st march ?? Mine took 4 mths so she is hoping heh!! ha! Guess depends on area and how quick they process applications.cx

shes book 3 sets of mindees in to start on that date, i tryed to speak to her but she says her development worker says its ok everything will be back she hasnt sent her police check off yet

can you not contact her development worker and explain this? As in she may have misunderstood what she had to say!

Ultimately you will have an obligation to those children knowing she's not registered:)
