CRB finally been done for mum

they have only had it since early december, now its a stage 4 mayb get it b4 i go on maternity leave !!

My CRB and my partners have both now gone to stage 4

Does anyone know how long roughly they stay in stage 4 for? What is stage 4?

stage four is when it's checked out at the police station ?

Do they check at every police station in every area you've EVER lived in? Or is it just after a certain age?

We moved a lot before I was 16 but since then I've lived in the same area. Hoping it's not going to take too long.

Stage 4 is the longest - it depends on how busy the policeman is.

Stage 4 took 4 months for me and the mrs with Greater Manchester Police.
And we had to phone them on a daily basis in the end to get it through.

:( That is where mine is at. I was told my the CRB people that it would be done in four weeks. It was four weeks yesterday since they received it. Mine has been on stage four since 26th Jan, DH since 28th January.
