meal planner anyone?

sorry if this has been posted before but im in a hurry and im searching the net for a meal planner, im so stuck on ideas for a 14 month old who will only eat things she can feed her self,
anyone have and ideas for me so i can make up a meal planner for next week and show mum and dad whn they collect today to see what they think :rolleyes:
