Hi, Im thinking of getting a few resouces ......... my mindee is 2, and ds is 19 months and I feel now we are really settled in our new house, and the boys are understanding alot and can communicate well. We have a lot of toys - pop ups, cars, tunnels, balls, books, bricks, stickle bricks, cooker and play food, teddies and dolls and a few hats/scarves etc.

So Im looking for things like weather charts, different construction toys, outside toys etc.

Just wondered what your best buys have been, cheapest shops you have found for the more expensive items, and what you intend to buy?

Maybe we can all pass on tips of where to find things and interesting things to look out for?

Im looking for idea's for outside toys (we have a playhouse, trike, balls and sand pitt)
And idea's for construction toys (already have bricks, mega blocks and stickle bricks)

tuff spots mirrors/mats

The list goes on.............and on!

I keep a sheet on the PC and update when I purchase something. Just waiting to get more mindees started and some money in to buy them

I want blocks... that's my big wish for spring.

Then we're doing the silver wildlife friendly garden award so I imagine there will be some bits for that.

I would also like some mats for the babies on the conservatory so they can have treasure baskets outside :D

I love those shops, could spend a fortune!!! So tempted by some of the things but quite pricey

I keep adding books and toys to my wish list on Amazon. I'm trying not to buy things till I see what I actually need as I'm not registered yet (fingers crossed that I will be in the next fortnight!).

I have a little boy starting who is 3.5yrs and is talking very little. I am trying to think what to buy(or print) that would be useful for him.

My wish list is getting longer and longer!!

Is there any known learning delays/disabilities?

I would think nursery rhymes, books and general talking would be a starting point, and cheap.

Think I would be a bit concerned though if he isnt speaking that much ...... depending on his birthday he could start school at 4, so def. focusing on his speech now would be important
