hi im pre reg at mo but was spking to hubby he like us both to do it as he loves kids and at mo we both social care workers is it poss for both us to regstair at same time as a couple and can we both become self employed under one company if im making any sence :blush:

yes you can do that. i know lots of people who work together as a couple you will each have your own ratio numbers etc

My Hubby is going through the reg proces at the moment. You will have to register in your own rights and later on you might be inspected together. Good luck with it x

can we just share the income we get from it or do we have spilt it no idea what u do for annual tax returns

I fill out one set of accounts the same as when i was minding on my own, i put income from all children on it and all expenses, and then split this equally between us for purposes of completing our self assessment.
