Morning all. I have spent the last half an hour trying to come up with a spreadsheet which shows all my mindees hours and any vacancies I have. I'm not getting very far with it! I have 6 part timers and have had enquiries which may fit the hours I have free - does anyone have a simple spreadsheet they would be willing to share with me? Pretty please?!

Much appreciated. :)

We (FIS) have one we have to use in reporting and advertising providers details on the internet...

http://www.fis-techgroup.co.uk/vacancies.xls

Blue section is provided to us by ofsted
Yellow section is details from provider
White section - notes about your vacancies

so for example...

1 year to end of EYFS (1 year to 5 years) - Ofsted register you for 5 places at a maximum

You only ever want to offer 3 places (first yellow column)
You currently care for 1 child in this age range (second yellow column)
Therefore you have 2 vacancies (third yellow column)

If you only want to offer those 2 vacancies at certain times give us the details as to when you want them offered (white column)

This is used to help the FIS perform the Childcare Assessments as required by the government and its also used to advertise details via tel and writing as well as on the internet...

it's an option...
