hi there
thanks for the replys.
how did you find it overall, hard or easy?
I am on unit 3 at the moment, due to send it off by the 2nd April.
how would this diploma help if at all if i wanted to work in a nursery instead?
thanks

Personally I found the DHC pretty easy going, it stretched me enough to ease me back into "studying".

The DHC specifically geared towards Homebased Childcare - us childminders so i would say it wouldn't get you into a nursery. It is a recognised Level 3 qualification though and may be a good starting point for other courses aimed at perhaps the nursery element.

I found it to be a good based from which to start my NVQ CCLD L3

I have done this one too, I`m currently on level 5 (the last one) I didn`t find it too bad at all, this last one`s a bit of a toughie though.

I am currently doing level 3, I am finding it ok, but I have gone from 1 to 3 and missed out 2 as that was runnig when I was doing 1. The tutors are great, and have heled with my assigment, I am not sure when that has to be handed in better find out later :)
