please can some one give me a little advise .

i have decided to charge a retainer fee for those i have contracted for 30 or more hours per week for the school holidays if they dont need me. on the ncma contract it has a retainer fee part on it( it says read note 6 ) would or could i just put in that part
£ half fee for all school holidays.

i wanted to put it into words that if the defenatly didnt want to keep me available and i found another child to fill that place over the hols that i would refund the retainer for that period, and that if they did want my services i would need 5 day notice . ? what does this sound like ?

Sorry - I have either term-time children or holiday and term-time or holiday only...

I just accept that in the holidays I might earn less, but I get to spend more quality time with my own children. :D
