We got told straight away when I did mine last year. It was really easy too. The tutor virtually told us the answers.

I did mine last December.

I also had to wait as the papers are sent away to be independently marked and certificate printed......has to be done this way as it is a recognised Level 2 award.

I was lucky in that I had a good course tutor who tried very hard to make it interesting and fun. I did come out thinking that I would never remember half of the technical stuff but did find that it was worthwhile.

Don't forget to order your Safer Food, Better Business pack and that will help you too

Well done, I'm sure you will have passed and at least next time you will know to do the on-line one! :)

I remember we were told on the day but the guy who ran it tried really hard to be strict when we did the test - no talking no copying etc etc you'd ahve thought we were back at school

Mine was equally dull!!

But we did get our results quite quick - about a fortnight I think it was

I was thrilled with mine. I now know how to plan a hotel kitchen, where to have food preperation areas and several sinks and a walk-in cooler & freezer! Oh and don't forget the staff changing room! They didn't tell me how to fit all this into my 10ftx10ft kitchen:laughing:

I had mine back in October 9am-5pm it cost me £60. Two men were sat next to me joking about most of the time otherwise i wouldnt have got through it They were opening a burger van. When they turned lights off to watch a short video i fell asleep  .
But i passed, they dont tell you your score for the multiple choice though, had certificate which i had to chase up, lost in post apparently.
