has anyone had an email about free milk being delivered to your door, apparently all you do is fill in one form with how many under 5's and the milk is delivered once a week.

I've not heard of this either?

I know you can claim if your on a low income or one parent family, I remember being given a leaflet about it when DD was born.

I don't have the room to store all the little cartons so I buy the litres and charge it that way.

one of the dairies locally does it - i filled in the form and they deliver 8 pints of blue and 8 green each week. you can choose the cartons if you prefer.
