Leadership and Management Q

Hi gang

I'm just working through my SEF (on a Saturday night!!!) and am a bit confused on Section 5 o) The effectiveness of leadership and management in the Early Years Foundation Stage Does this apply to Childminders working alone? If so, could you please give me a couple of examples as to what I need to write under this heading? I'd be extremely grateful (before my head explodes!) :laughing:

i put about comminment to improvemnets via sef asking parents if i had recommendations from last inspection how i achieved these.
also what your furture plans are if any also how you monitor improvements in your setting and how you invole children by asking their opinions etc

oh by the way i bought sarah707's ebook its a lot easier

It's a really badly worded question isn't it?

Basically as becca says it's about blowing your own trumpet and saying how the SEF and all the other self evaluation things you have in place make sure you improve all the time.
