In the reasons for leaving curent position i have put this

Having been self employed for the last 5 years while my children were small has been rewarding and enabled me to gain lots of knowledge and training. I now feel that I would like to make use of this and get myself back into the workplace and further my career.

Do you think this sounds ok?
