Just had a new baby start and thought I'd make some treasure baskets{get round to things eventually!}
Anyway, today I bought a silicone mat in the pound shop,it is rubbery and has nodules on it:laughing:
It's supposed to be one of those pot holder thingies. You know, like the stuff they make the indestructable cake moulds out of.
Got home and it dawned on me it might not be safe for her to put in her mouth.
Anyone know if silicone is toxic?
Hope it's not a thick question.

Well that's what I was thinking Nicole, but have no idea whether it's the same silicon. You hear these stories about silicon implants leaking and people getting ill.
