Hi really need help, ive recently recieved a letter from care commission about annual returns, i just got registered on 28 Aug so im new to this. do i just submit the bit about me and kids etc? when do you do the big assessment bit?

hi your big report will be issued to you about 6 weeks before you're due an inspection. this one is just to see how many kids etc you've had, hope this helps

It's just a survey really to see who is working. Nothing to worry about :)
