Crb checks ???

Hello everyone

I had my inspection 8 wks ago..........and i know it will prop be a while until i recieve the ok from ofsted but how long did yous take?

Had my pre reg on 16th Nov and crb was dispatched today! I phoned local police yesterday morn and stage 4 was completed by the afternoon then was printed and dispatched today :)

Hope yours isn't too much longer. Have you tracked id online?

I had my pre reg inspection on 30 Oct and mine and DH's CRB's were despatched yesterday. If it's been sat at stage 4 for 8 weeks plus, contact CRB direct and they can push it through apparently.

When I spoke to CRB they said they had to wait until a certain amount of time before they can chase police by emailing (min was 44 days from CRB receiving it) POlice apparently have until 60 days to relpy then they get an official letter which you get a copy of saying which police station is doing crb check, 10 days after receiving that you can call the local police to find out delay.
Seems though that once CRB have emailed the police to "remind them" that a CRB is outstanding they get returned pretty quick.

Mine was chased at day 44, 3 days later it was completed and dispatched.

Think mine was about 8 weeks, had inspection Feb time and was registered in April. Fingers crossed you won't have much longer to wait! :)

I had my pre-reg visit the end of November. My CRB was back within 2 weeks and my hubbys was back yesterday- so about 6 weeks.
Hopefully yours won't be too much longer- fingers crossed!

Gosh that was quick. I got mine through the door today. Almost 9 weeks!

Its so exciting can't wait to get come LO's in :jump for joy:

mine and my partners are stuck onstage 4 too. sent then jan 1st so prperly have ages just yet!
