View Full Version : NCMA forms - do we have to use them?

With regards to the NCMA forms....do we have to use them? Can we make up our own paperwork which follows the same format as NCMA rather than having to keep purchasing their specific forms.

My understanding is that if you are insured by the Ncma then you must use their paperwork.

Isn't it just their contracts you have to use? not sure

I only use the contracts, everything else is Debbie made

If you make your own just make sure there is a difference in each document as the NCMA do have copyright and if they asked to see your documents when representing you could use them as evidence in a prosecution against you.

I will always use their contracts but wanted to do my own attendance forms, medicine forms and accident forms that are very similar to NCMAs. Do I have to give copies of accident forms??? Surely if the parents have signed the accident form for my records, it proves that they have seen it.
