Did you have to go to a panel?

No panel. I sent my letter in Boxing Day and rang yesterday to see if they had received it. The lady on phone said they hadn't but my parent was really struggling to get care I explained the situation and asked if I could speak to someone, I just wanted to know timescale for the outcome. The lady tried to put me through to the variation team/lady who had sent refusal and she wasnt in but the lady that was covering had my letter and would look at it. I was told to ring back today which I did and she said as I already had the child 1 and a half days would be able to have him on continuation of care. I will have on certificate that I can care for 4 under 5's.
