Well I had the day off today so i've completed my SEF I found it really straight forward. I thought it was going to be really difficult but it's just what we do anyway. It really helped me assess my service and it's made me feel really good about myself.

Just need the call from Mrs O now.

Well done. Just had my first grading inspection and I think doing the SEF and uploading it to Ofsted site really helped make the visit shorter. Mrs O was only here 2 hours.

well done . ive been attempting to do mine since 7 and its now nearly 2.30am! I dont actually feel that much further forward. lots of notes and ideas but nothing concrete. giving up now as the words are all starting to blur together!

I wrote mine in a word document completing one section at a time, then I copied and pasted it into the online form. Hope this tip helps someone.
