hi there, could any one tell me how late you can look after a child, before it is classed as overnight care? i cant seem to find what i am after on the ofsted website. thanks

I would have though overnight care would mean that the child would have to sleep at your house over night. I don't think there is a time limit as to when overnight care starts. I suppose looking after a child when you are awake (up to midnight for example) wouldn't be overnight care - if the child is going home.But if the child was to stay over it would be classed as overnight care?

i would prob charge from 8pm til 7am (or what time you start work norm) a higher charge (over night)

there is a cm here who does over night but ive just checked their profile on local council childcare site and it does not say when or how much
