hi, i've read on here that some of you have assistants that are sel employed and i've been trying to find out information about it all afternoon but keep being given different numbers to phone.

so i'm hoping that some of you lovely people may be able to help me.

i want to know how it works, whether i still need some sort of contract, what rate of pay you give and how you work out the hours (with regards to hours changing from one week to the next) and what you do with regards to holiday and sickness pay.

thank you in advance

Rate of pay???? She never told me she had to pay me. Wait till we have our next staff meeting.:D

Sorry can't answer your questions, I am self employed but work with the wife. Hopefully someone will be along who is a bit more sensible than me.:p

Could be a long wait.........
