i seemed to misplaced a few recipts are you able to put in bank statemets oer that not valid

You only need receipts for purchases over £10 or for a number of items bought at the same time that add up to more than £10.00.

If your bank statement says what the item was then I would think that would be OK but I'm not 100% sure - someone will know though

Sorry i don't know the answer to this one, but its an interesting one so will keep an eye on this thread to see what the answer is. I do know that as miffy says below £10 you don't need a receipt :)

I often use my Visa statement for things off Ebay etc... proves what I spent and to which company.

Things like my magazine subscription is £40+ but I don't have a receipt... Visa bill will have to do, it's all I've got! :D
