Hello all

I've had an enquiry for after school care for Sept. Child will be starting reception.

I am registered for 3 under 8's

Do I have to count this child in with my numbers? I thought I read somewhere that once they were at school they counted as over 8???

Or is this just the case with my own children.

Sorry if this is a stupid question

xx

Once they are over 8 they are counted as over 8's, once they start school (reception year) they are classed as 5 even if they are 4, so the child would be counted in your under 8 numbers. \so yes you will have to count the child until he/she is 8 years old.
Hope I have made sense there:thumbsup:
