Given all my parents notice

Hi all

Sorry, not been on for a while. Well as the title says, I have given all my parents notice and will finish childminding on 18th December. Been in tears all week, but think it's the right thing to do for my three young children and my happiness. I will miss the families, but I will enjoy spending proper quality time with my own children and hubby. Thank you for all the help and support this site has offered me over the past year. After christmas I will be looking for a little part time job. Can't believe I've finally decided to finish.

Hi, I gave notice to all my children 3 weeks ago, it was awful!!! I felt sick before I told each one!! They all understood though, since we are moving!

Thanks everyone! I will miss all my mindees and this forum. Been in tears all week and feel emotionally drained and guilty for letting the families down, but am trying to help them to find new childcare. We'll see what the future holds (lol). Have a nice Christmas everyone x
