I have been to the park today and done my very first risk assessment

Could you please tell me if I have the right idea?

Where I have put under constant review any ideas would be very welcome?

Is there anything important I have missed?

Thanks

I have check for syringes as well... also to check inside the little play house for rude pictures!

We have a swan problem too so mine mentions that.

Be careful with your high / medium / low ratings... high means a risk of imminent death!

Hth :D

I have poisonous plants berries ect and wasp stings like Sarah says I would be careful whith your high risks...... strangers and lost child are not what I would consider high risk

Thanks guys I thought High Medium and Low was the chances of it happening!

Should I change them to to something else maybe Minor, Major, Death?

I thought about needles and grafetti but since there was none I didnt write it on but I will now as I suppose that covers every park

What cation would you take if there was rude pictures?

Thanks
