Im off to do Phonics training at my mindees school, cant wait.

May help me with his homework as no experience before.

weve got that in a couple of weeks, from what i hear not many parents are going, but ill be there. They pronounce the latters so differently to when i was at school and have an action for every letter sick of being told by my 4 year old that im doing it wrong lol

It is good that the schools are now putting on training to help parents keep up with the kids!

The new synthetic phonics is fab, I wish my eldest had done it as her younger sister is a more confident speller and reader and I do think it's because of this.

Have fun going back to school!:thumbsup:

Yeah its fantastic, I just hope the lack of interest at dd's school doesnt stop it happening
