Aaaggghh!

Ofsted have called and are coming to visit me for my pre-reg visit on 26th November. She said I needed to do a risk assessment form for my flat.

I have found some on here thanks to a search on this amazing website but I am confused on how to fill one in. Please help me!!

Example

Hazard - Fireguard not in place
Who could this harm - Child - burning
What is already in place - What do I put here? Obviously I would put a fireguard there so there would be no hazard??
Identify any further action needed? What would this be?

Am I being thick or is this confusing?

For further action I mainly put 'on-going' ... so I just check the gate in still in place and move on.

For my radiators I put
Hazard: Child burning.
Already in Place: Thermostats in place so monitor temperature.
Further action: Install radiator guard, if necessary.

That way I have thought about the risk, and if something happens in the future, I know what I need to do.
