I've seen this mentioned on a few threads, and being totally blonde, have no idea what it's all about. Can anyone enlighten me please.

It stands for Six eggy farts - it's what you do when the OFSTED inspector comes to inspect - while she inhales the noxious gasses you quickly change the word Satisfactory to Outstanding on the paperwork in front of her.
