the lady form the environment health came today and she gave me 3 * which is the higest they do in this area. She dind't expect me to have a food probe or keep frigde tempartures in fact she didn't even look in my frigde, she just wanted to check my kitchen was clean and I knew when food had been properly cooked. She quite like the new Childminder version of the pack and said it was the first time she had seen one.

They didnt grade in stoke on trent just checked that everything was ok took 5 mins:)
