i'm sure someone said not long ago that you can't apply for a variation too early (4 weeks before its needed)

is that right??

if so how can Ofsted have a backlog of variations that are taking up to 8 weeks to process??

:panic: surely thats not right???

When I asked about them I was told I could apply 2 to 3 months before I wanted it. Do not know fax number though.
