i might need a variation for half an hour twice a week, what are my chances of getting it???

i wouldn't be over my 6 under 8 years, its just one mum might have to adjust her hours which would mean an overlap of half an hour (would have 4 under 3's for 30 mins twice a week)

hope that makes sense

i've rang them, and she said as i'd still be within my 6 under 8's it should be fine as the overlap is just 30 mins, she has sent me the form by email to fill in :)

I will be amazed if you don't get it, especially as it is continuity of care

Good luck with it, cant see it being a problem under continuity of care!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Ofsted have got a massive backlog of variations to look thru. I was advised only last week that it was potentially 7 weeks from submission. I hope that yours is much quicker :)

I applied for a variation on 7th Oct, rang them on the 30th and it had been agreed, received my new certificate yesterday, the day I needed the variation to start

Just spoke to a guy called christian at ofsted he said they don't have a massive backlog to go through, and I will hear within 2/3 weeks,

Odd how some are taking weeks and others are just taking a few days I wonder if it has anything to do with how complicated the requests are, mines fairly simple lol
