I need to attend an induction training day on the 14th of november...
there I will find out more about it and what my role is going to be as I dont know all the details yet...but I volunteered anyway..haha
all I know is that we will meet up every so often and work on something...but what that is I dont know yet...

I am actually looking forward to this..and also to meet other childminders!

I will let you know how I get on....:D

I will find that out on the 15th in stirling as that is when the training session for it will be held for the newbies...

the agenda for that day will be:
Visions and Key principles
Background and structure
Goal setting procedure and Corporate plan
SCMA training...
