thanks for posting. how daft though. surely unless you charge extra for fares when you are transporting it can't be seen as private hire. I don't mean petrol either I mean a fare for actually doing the journey, like a taxi.

Hopefully the NCMA will get the gov to see sense!

We have always been advised not to charge seperately for car journeys because of this very legislation.
