I have just answered this question in a pm so I thought I'd share the answer here as well...

You need one outing risk assessment for every type of outing... so one for parks, one for duck ponds, one for libraries, one for soft play, one for toddlers etc...

You also need one risk assessment for each room of your house, one for your garden, one for resources...

Then you need risk assessments for walking, travelling in the car, going on a bus / train etc (if you do)...

I have a daily RA which shows that I am checking things like small objects are away, floors are clear, sockets and cables are hidden... those sorts of things.

Hope that helps :D

Do you do risk assessments for each activity you do with the children?

I dont risk assess activities, I have a risk assessment for equipment and toys, I hope this will cover activities.

Not every activity, no.

I am building up a collection though, by adding new ones every so often :D
