Hello all

I know Sarah kindly put a note about changes to the complaints procedure but I'm not very good at reading / writing so takes me a while to cotton on sometimes so excues me posting again...!

but just to ask

my complaints says will be investigated
28 days for early years register
20 days for compulsory part of the childcare register

is this wrong and now it should be all complaints within 28 days

sorry, I'm just so confused!

yes both have 28 days to respond now.

Yes that's right they are both 28 days now.
