Early Years First Call

Does anyone have any idea what this is? I am due to go on another course soon, the first one for SEN in this county, and they have told me to bring my copy of Early Years First Call. I have absolutely no idea what this is, and cannot find any reference to it on google.
If no one knows then I will have to try and contact them next week.

Not a clue. I checked the DCSF site and the EYFS came up so maybe that is it.
