help wanted for temporary contract

Hi everyone, I need some advise.

I've got a parent coming to see me today who is looking for me to look after her three year old for three days a week mon, thurs and fri, whilst she is pregnant approx 3 months left, my question is I get paid for holidays and bank holidays in my contracts, but what happens if it's only a temp contract.

I would treat this in the same way. If your hols or her hols fall within that time including charging for bank hols too.

Hi i agree with Sarah do your normal contract, who knows it might go on longer, I would also make her aware of how many weeks notice you need incase she just drops you. hope this was helpful k:) :) :)

I agree long, short, permanent or temporary I treat all my contracts the same , good luck and well done xxx

i have a temporary contract - but that's a month at a time... any longer and they go onto a proper one :D
