As a one off i have been asked to look after the sisters of a couple of my mindees next friday as its an inset day and parents are stuck. it is only going to be a one off as grandmas usually have them but are both away.

As the girls are over 8's do i still have to do contracts etc?

I wouldn't bother with a contract for an occassional day - just a child record form and permission slips.

I know I've come to this thread late, but i would still suggest you get record forms for each child.

They may have different medical details, allergies etc, and you really should have it written down.

I agree - you can't be too careful
