Oftsed finally turned up ( 5.30 pm ) ( Updated got good grade )

She finally turned up at 5.30 !!! i was tired and so teh children were, but she was ok, the children were so good as well, I was so pleased. THe mum came early to pick them up ( 6.30) which was brilliant too and the inspector left at 7.15 !!!

She said she will give me proper feedback tomorrow as she was tired too and had a long drive home but it was gearing towards " good"

I am pleased and relieved and I will be happy with good :clapping:

Hi, I put a post on the inspection forum, but just to let you know that she called back today ( at 5.00 pm instead of 3.30 pm agreed :laughing: ) she is bad at time management, she is giving me a good grade :clapping: , I am very pleased, areas of improvement are showing diversity and uniqueness of a child, but she was impressed with my observation and planning work and she said if I sort the improvements I could well get outsanding next time :thumbsup:

well she knew i finished at 7.00 pm but when she said she would come this afternoon i expected more around 3 / 3.30 pm !!


And after working since 8.00 we are usually really lasy too after 6.00 pm

At least it went well ( waiting for feedback though) she wont come back , she will call me end of afternoon

I finish at 5pm so would have sent them home until it was convenient
