Same here. I think of full time as 35 hours, no matter how many days it's over.

I never worry what is full time or part time, i charge the same per hour anyway, and fill the spaces that i want for the hours that fit!

I class myself as full time even though during term time, I only have children before and after school! I add the long long days from school holidays to the term time ones, average out over the year and then add some on for paperwork. I'm full time in my opinion!

But, seriously, yeh, I'd say anything over 35 hours is full time.

I charge the same per hour too.Its for a potential parent whose lo I may have in dec and working out either retainer (f/t or p/t) or deposit. Thats why I asked the question. Think it would get confusing if you charged diff rates for diff number of hours used per week. One rate easy enough

I must admit i have never charged a retainer or a deposit, but then i work on goodwill, probably the wrong thing to do, but so far so good!
