:panic: Hi Guys

urgent help needed, i have just had a letter from ofsted saying i need to fill in and EY2 form for each child in my care, just looked this form up its 24 pages long

Has anyone else had to do this or do you think they have made a mistake in asking me to do so?

and if you did would you need to complete one for every child - they want to do some checks on who they are employing over at ofsted hq!
